The Russian parsonage and hospice was built on the southeast edge of the Kurpark based on plans drawn up by Louis Jacobi between 1909 and 1911. Stylistically, it is similar to the Russian Chapel#
. The site was provided by the city of Homburg for free, and the construction itself was financed with donations. Today, the building is still owned by the Russian community and serves as a community center for the Russian Orthodox Church and as a parsonage.
