Brahe’s Coffee House

The building at Louisenstraße 64, which was built in 1829, was converted to become the Hotel Englischer Hof in 1839. In 1841, the building at no. 64a was extended, although it still kept the same address. The property was not divided until 1864. No. 64a was owned by court jeweller P. Fischer in 1866, before it housed the court confectioner and Café Brahe beginning in 1872.
